Day 1 – Arrival in Istanbul
Arrival in Istanbul, the only city in the world that spans two continents — Europe and Asia.
Free time to relax and start discovering the city.
Day 2 – Full-Day Istanbul Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour with lunch included. Visit Hagia Sophia, the former Byzantine basilica; Topkapi Palace, residence of the Ottoman sultans; and the magnificent Blue Mosque. Continue to the Hippodrome and explore the colorful Grand Bazaar.
Day 3 – Istanbul to Ankara
Free morning. Cross the Bosphorus and travel to Ankara, Turkey’s capital.
Day 4 – Ankara to Cappadocia
Visit Atatürk’s Mausoleum and the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. Continue to Cappadocia, stopping at one of the region’s underground cities carved into volcanic rock.
Day 5 – Discover Cappadocia
Explore the Göreme Open-Air Museum, ancient cave churches with frescoes, Uçhisar rock castle, and Devrent Valley’s unique rock formations. Visit local artisan workshops.
Day 6 – Cappadocia to Pamukkale
Early departure to Pamukkale, with a stop at a historic Seljuk caravanserai. Free time to enjoy the famous white travertine terraces.
Day 7 – Pamukkale to Izmir/Kusadasi
Visit Hierapolis and its necropolis, then continue to Ephesus, one of the best-preserved Roman cities. Visit the House of the Virgin Mary. Overnight in Izmir or Kusadasi.
Day 8 – Pergamon & Troy to Çanakkale
Visit Pergamon and its Asclepion. Continue to Troy, legendary city of Homer’s Iliad. Arrive in Çanakkale.
Day 9 – Gallipoli & Return to Istanbul
Cross the Dardanelles and visit the memorial sites of Gallipoli Peninsula. Continue to Istanbul for overnight stay.
Day 10 – Departure
Transfer to the airport. SEE YOU SOON ISTANBUL!
